PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY.

  • DESCRIPTION OF PROMOTION
    • AgriSmart Limited (AgriSmart) is a workforce management solution for agriculture and viticulture businesses accessed via mobile device app or website (the “Promoter”).
    • AgriSmart is running a promotion to provide new customers with their first 6 months of subscription fees for half price and buy 1 biometric device get 1 biometric device free (the “Promotion”).
    • The Promotion will commence at 12.01am NZDT on 1 June 2024, (“Promotion Start Date”).
    • The Promotion will expire at 23.59pm NZDT on 31 December 2024 (“Promotion Expiry Date”).
  • ELIGIBILITY
    • To be eligible for the Promotion, you must:
      • Be a new customer who hasn’t used AgriSmart before, including under a different entity;
      • Have attended one of the trade shows at which this promotion was activated.
      • have a valid New Zealand Inland Revenue or Australian Business Number;
    • We may contact you to verify your eligibility to participate in the Promotion.
  • TERMS AND WAIVER
    • By participating in the Promotion, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Promotion Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). You can view the Terms at https://agrismart.com/promotions/
    • We, at our absolute discretion, may refuse to provide you with the Promotion if we do not believe you have satisfied the eligibility requirements as outlined in clause 2.
    • We, at our absolute discretion, may refuse to provide you with the Promotion if we believe your actions have been in contravention of these Terms.
    • The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
    • Certain features and functionality on the AgriSmart platform, such as On-Boarding module , are subject to additional charges. While we will always use our best efforts to notify you of any additional charges as and when they arise, you are obligated to make your own enquiries as to the costs and fees associated with using AgriSmart.
    • Your use of the AgriSmart platform is subject to the AgriSmart Customer Terms and Conditions. These will be sent to you upon sign-up. You should take care to familiarise yourself with your obligations under the AgriSmart Customer Terms and Conditions.
    • At the end of the Promotion period, you will be billed the full price of your chosen subscription as per the pricing agreed with you during sign up.
    • In the course of providing the Promotion to you, we may collect some of your personal information or data. This will be collected in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at https://agrismart.com/privacy-policy/.
    • We make no representations, guarantees or warranties as to the suitability of the AgriSmart platform or any services contained therein for your needs. Our obligations to you are limited to the provision of the Promotion. These obligations are conditional upon your satisfaction of the eligibility requirements in clause 2 and adherence to these Terms.
    • AgriSmart reserves the right to vary, suspend or terminate this Promotion at any time.
