Run payroll the easy way with AgriSmart. Onboard seasonal crews quickly, track work with bin ticketing and timesheets, and let the system handle piece rates, top ups, and compliance so you can focus on a smooth, productive season.
Bring large seasonal crews on board without the paperwork pile-up. Set up new workers in minutes and capture details once for payroll, timesheets, and compliance. From day one, hours, piece rates, and bin counts are recorded digitally, so managers always have an up-to-date view of who is working, where, and on what. End-of-season payouts are quick, accurate, and stress-free.
Piece rates, hourly pay, bonuses, and allowances, are all handled automatically. The system applies the correct rates for each job and ensures minimum wage compliance without the need for manual checks. With data flowing in from timesheets and bin ticketing, pay runs are ready faster and free from calculation errors.
Never worry about underpayment. Total pay is automatically compared to hours worked, and top ups are applied when needed. Whether staff are on piece rates, hourly rates, or a mix, everyone meets minimum wage requirements without extra admin.
Reliable payroll starts with accurate time records. Digital timesheets track hours in real time and link each entry to specific jobs or blocks for precise job costing. Approval workflows flag issues before pay runs are processed, so every payment is based on correct, up-to-date data.
